# 213 E. Grand

Northern California

The HVAC system design for this building included an innovative approach utilizing a single hydronic pipe system to provide heating and cooling to the building through the air handlers. This approach allowed for a water-side economizer to reduce energy costs, and it eliminated the need for a second set of both pumps and hydronic pipes. This reduced project costs and installation time.
