General Comments: If work changes beyond the scope of this JHA-STOP. Notify your supervisor. Re-evaluate for possible new hazards. Confirm this JHA already addresses all new hazards and that safe actions are adequate. If not, a new JHA is required.

WORK OPERATION	POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS OR HAZARDS	SAFE JOB ACTIONS NEEDED
On-site material staging	Muscle strains, slips trips falls,手 cuts and/or pinches, damage material, congesting common workspace	Use proper lifting techniques, walk path and make sure it's clear, cut resistant gloves, safe handling of materials, co-ordinate a good location ahead of time for staging materials with general or other trades if necessary.
Power tools (Porta-band, Auto-cuts, Drills, and Lasers)	Misuse of tools can result in material damage and/or bodily injury including ocular damage	Foreman need to communicate and create a crew culture that promotes safety and education with regard to the selection and safe operation of power tools with task appropriate PPE. Post signage to notify fellow workers when using lasers.
Hand tool uses	Damage to materials and/or equipment, bodily injury	Select the appropriate tool for the job, current good ergonomics, task specific PPE.
Clean work area	Muscle strains, trips slips falls,手 cuts and/or pinches, damage material, congesting common workspace	Use proper lifting techniques, walk path and make sure it's clear, cut resistant gloves, safe handling with removal of materials, co-ordinate with general or other trades if necessary. Housekeeping is essential to a safe and organized job site.
This JHA is to be reviewed and signed by all personnel at the jobsite. It is to be kept at each work site for the duration of this project.
